Don't know who stanley is, but asking the very group- lobbyists, about what their idea of term limits are is not very conductive. You don't ask the guy breaking into buildings about how to make better alarm systems if his business is still breaking into the buildings. Same as asking politicians to limit their pac donations. The biggest proponents to term limits have been the long termers and their lobbyists. And what isn't really discussed is the fear that politicians have that if term limits goes full government, the politicians will not have time to nurture their lobbyist friends and payoffs as well as set up careers for themselves.
