I cannot tell for sure if we ( shareholders) get anything or not but certainly if strategic buyer is buying then they would certainly pay more and in most of the cases it would be complete buyout including shareholders.
We certainly know that there are 2 strategic buyers so now it all depends on how badly they want this plant and very bright chances that shareholders might get atleast 0.30 to 0.50 per share.. IMO

A strategic buyer has no incentive to consider shareholders at all. What they will consider is how much they are willing to bet to ensure that their bid is higher than any others: if they win the bid, and there is residual monies after all debt is cleared, the shareholders will be paid accordingly.
