I think the SEC's been working on this for a long time; I'm sure they've got it right. But it generally surprises me. All of the defendants, pretty much, are people who shouldn't have needed to stoop to this level.

Alpha Capital Anstalt? oddly I remember them for something - like many many years ago. Even before IHUB. Atomic Bob's? Which is usually not a good sign - I will have to go back and look why that is. I think might have been they always showed up in Geoffrey Eiten related companies???
