TGTL - I sincerely hope you are right. If so, the initial PR's put a lousy spin on this because they certainly implied that 300M shares were being added to the float on the pink sheets. So did the Russian Government already pay or agree to pay $0.17 for these shares or was this simply the trading price at the time the article was written?

Great News!!! I just hope the timeline is in the near future and NDOL shareholders do not get the runaround.

I am just suprised they just don't PR the information. It would be more beneficial for us to have it "set in stone".

TGTL don't spew garbage you made up in your head as news. This board has had enough of that over the last 6 months to fill the Pacific ocean. I suggest you retract that garbage you posted or at least admit it was your dream not news.
If you really think Gazprom, Lukoil or Rosneft wants any part of this garbage you have to be joking. I should have put my money in AURC, although it has rent a CEO parkin involved too, it is by far a better flip than this.
