Ok I have some news that I can say to the public.

-The plan is to build a "nice package" of oil assets and international contract (India, Syria, Yemen and more to come).

-The 300M is a private selling to Russia gov (restricted)

-They are waiting to close all the contract before applying for AIM IPO.

-They final objective is to sell the "nice package" to Gazprom, Lukoil or Rosneft.
