More irrelevant information. An NSF grant is not given for private enterprise and that one has NOTHING to do with HyperSolar. Anything that HYSR would have gotton from U of Iowa had to be paid for by HYSR.

The US Government is NOT going to help HYSR in any way. HYSR had to raise its own funds for its own projects.
