Grasping for straws! The NSF has NOTHING to do with HYSR. The NSF cannot do an end run and fund the U of Iowa for the benefit of any private company and that includes HYSR. That is NOT opinion, that is the LAW! You really need to look things up, consult a Securities Attorney or consult a corporate attorney before posting false information.

Just a mere "research agreement" which does not constitute proven results as some of you try to ignore. HYSR has been extending and creating new research agreements for how many years now. Just paying people and no results?
