Unfortunately; Acid stimulation is known for increasing water-cut... Which is already such a significant problem that ZN refused to tell shareholders what % of the fluid they produced was saltwater...
the acid produces a fluid composed of unused acid,used acid,a slurry of the rock 'melted' or neutralized by the acid,and water. Water is produced upon contact of the acid with the rock medium.
the purpose of the acid stimulation is to open up a tight formation(low permeability). Such tight formations are fairly common and the use of acid stimulation upon such formations is common.
the slurry or completion fluid resulting from the acid stimulation has very little to do with the eventual oil and its water cut produced by a well. Thus,there is no reason whatsoever to waste time and money determining the exact composition of the completion fluid. This is basic and should be known by any 'expert'.
