If they are doing the screening and interview in between now and 9/21 in those 12 business days, it means 'after the RI results' rep hiring ad should have become true and will be PRd to us by tomorrow the earliest. Remember the position description said they will start the hiring process after the RI results are known. The Sep 1st Amarin monthly update of their presentation is also very upbeat about all the glory of RI. All signals are pointing to a huge positive news tomorrow the earliest. To note is Sep 1st update did not in any way sounded low denoting any failure had they known any after data lock and unblinding by 8/31; instead it is very upbeat trumpeting all about RI. The management actions are very positive, imo.
Don't forget they posted most of those job openings 3 weeks ago - that CafePharma thread was started on Aug 14 - they've probably pre-screened a lot of reps and may have already started interviews with the sales management positions. But yeah, HR is going to burning the candle at both ends starting on 9/10 when in person rep interviews start occurring. Wait a sec - there's no way all 240 reps are going to fly from the 4 corners of the US to the NJ HQ for interviews - they'll probably meet with existing regional managers - that spreads the load out quite a bit.
