Didn't JT say publication of full results in a major journal in Nov? They can't use 1st A agreement to promote off-label R-IT until it's published, unless FDA waives that requirement - even with great results, given previous treatment of AMRN, FDA may not be willing to do that, unless they want to get egg off their faces - but the public has long forgotten about the ANCHOR debacle, and many of those involved are gone now, either out of the FDA or moved into different jobs.
