Actually, they have quite a bit. Including hacked emails and IM's and PalTalk logs. The DOJ hacked several of the message board pumpers and insiders. They know who was helping who. Ask that turdbag Sandi Hicks why she lied and misled so many people.
Once Phase 1 is done with Dvorak, there will be individuals sued using the info obtained from their investigations. Depositions can be used in civil lawsuits against those who pumped the message boards.
People forget that the DOJ only goes after those who directly were involved with the dumping of unregistered shares. It has nothing to do with those who aided and primed the message boards. Phase 2 goes after those people.
