Here's the whole story when it comes to the dilution (which is Old News). We have all seen the previous two Quarterly's and what we saw was two things;
First, there is absolutely no proof to support this was a share selling scam. No proof to support anyone from this new regime benefitted. Absolutely none!
Second, we saw evidence that this new regime cleaned up things from the old regime (cleaned up debt and ended the old line of business). Hey, no doubt, we would have all preferred no dilution, but it was necessary to end the old line of business and head in a new direction with the Utopya merger from November 2017. I can guarantee you this, there's not a person that can say they would rather take their chances with the old line of business instead of the new line of business.
