Lets get the facts straight:

First of all the Quarterly financial reports are not audited.

Then if one were to look at the last 2 audited Annual reports they would see this written:

Legal Proceedings

We are currently not involved in any other litigation that we believe could have a material adverse effect on our financial condition or results of operations. There is no action, suit, proceeding, inquiry or investigation before or by any court, public board, government agency, self-regulatory organization or body pending or, to the knowledge of the
executive officers of our company or any of our subsidiaries, threatened against or affecting our company, our common stock, any of our subsidiaries or of our companies or our subsidiaries’ officers or directors in their capacities as such, in which an adverse decision could have a material adverse effect.

Then look at these PRs released by the company:

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/progressive-care-issues-update-on-recent-legal-proceedings-otc-pink-rxmd-2200516.htm

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/progressive-care-issues-update-on-recent-trading-volume-otc-pink-rxmd-2197434.htm

The first PR states:

This press release summarizes the latest developments in Progressive Care, Inc.'s lawsuit against Midam Ventures, LLC, No. 2017-004034-CA 43 (11th Cir. Ct., Florida).

The second PR states:

Lawsuit

Progressive Care has filed a lawsuit against Midam, alleging breach of contract, seeking monetary damages, and also seeking a temporary injunction against further sales in breach of its agreement with Progressive, an immediate buyback of all shares sold in breach of the agreement, and other temporary relief.

So I will ask this:

1) Is the company lying in the Annual reports or is the company lying in the PRs?

2) Was the recent run up of the SP of $0.26 due to Midam perhaps having to buyback shares on the ASK for those few days and that wasn't reported?

Makes a person wonder how this business operates.... Hmmmmmmm

...and furthermore here's two posts I made 2 years ago where I gave specific examples with details of why I do not always believe the financial reports. Those can be sent to Armen and his legal counsel as well.
