Speak of facts, why not read the actual language of the bit you quoted? They said there are no lawsuits that would have an adverse impact on the company. Their lawsuit wouldn't do this, they'd only stand to gain from it or just get nothing.

Yes let’s get the facts straight. The reality is there is no pending legal proceedings simply because Rxmd and Midam settles their dispute and the case was disposed of by agreement of the parties.
