There was a stock promotion and that's why OTCMarkets put a Stock Promotion flag and Caveat Emptor on ALKM.
I have a concern that it may have been possible that the person/people who did the stock promotion were the ones that got those 945 million shares issued to them by Eakle for .0001 and then did the stock promotion to pump the price and dump their shares for mega profit. I certainly hope that's not the case.
Why won't Eakle release a PR and clarify all of this?
