Completely feasible. What is certain is that those PIPE investments were non disclosed absolute hook ups.

Not difficult at all to figure that out.

But the resale of the stock to the public was not legal. That's a valid concern on top of the extreme delinquency.

The stock promotion was not filed by them and officially and professionally rebuked in an 8k the following day. It was filed by someone attempting to manipulate the stock imo.
