I know enough to read the complaint and understand what was requested and what they were granted. The Request was to get a TRO that would remove RPH from his role as CEO and any other role with the company.
Apparently you don't understand. The purpose of the TRO was to enjoin Rufus from violating SEC anti-fraud provisions. The demand to remove Rufus as CEO, and to ban him from involvement with any other public companies is part of the complaint, which seeks a permanent injunction, among other things.
