I know enough to read the complaint and understand what was requested and what they were granted. The Request was to get a TRO that would remove RPH from his role as CEO and any other role with the company. All they got was you can't turn in false documents to the SEC. The way I understand it the SEC believed that documents were false is why we are here now. So they didn't need that TRO. They lost. Read the complaint it is on you hero site.
