Is there or is there not, 1.4 Billion shares available to the CEO to dump on us? Is that not up 500M from what was 900M earlier this summer? That totals 1.4B shares in the AS... I admitted I reversed the terms AS and OS. How can that not be easy to understand? I know there's currently 163+M in the OS, up from the amount that was published 8/8/18 of 154,319,991.

And yes, it is a big thing that the CEO upped the AS without any explanation and continued dilution. If its not dilution, what else could it be?
