PHIL...We have to be bottomed (hit the 52 week low with the T trade) Here is one that has an outrageou SS and is OTCQB. 31.5 mil MC. .0355 close. PHIL has a 1.8 mil MC and 164 mil OS VS this one with like 6X as many. I just don't get it?
