Val is more than welcome to vet me. Everyone here knew I was showing up. And knew weeks ago, including my clothing. As mentioned, I have worked in the WTC, my dad was 32 years with the TS clearance with the DoD as a pilot with the USN, I was licensed with the NASD and FINRA. I am easily vetted.
Nobody wants to. And if "Federal Agents" are a problem, then there is a problem for the issuer. The SEC has an issue, and it wont be too long until revoked or the issuer will (subject to qualification) deregister.
Something is amiss.
Don't make me drive up to the MP from LA with a drone. And I don't have to, my daughter knows many friends in college with drones and she is only an hour or two away depending on traffic.
