"Win win" would have been not to issue more shares than would allow them to keep control. That is a win-not catastrophic situation. "Good for shareholders" has yet to be proven. Again, we're a couple months from an all-time low. They do not have a track record of being shareholder friendly.

Either way spells dilution...but... Only One way allows the company to maintain control....

Good for company, good for shareholders
