You have an odd way at looking at the scenario in hand.

Yeah...would have been good to be Google....

We can play would have should have all day or we can look at what path the company has taken, and the Industry they participate in....given the reality of actual activity in this industry, sigma is poised for a successful future.

Contracts in hand with huge players, now including DoD, publicly announced.

If you look at the series of events Sigma has taken, it's actually been tremendous progress at very little expense.

The additional shares are likely for a merger or acquisition. The pitch at the end of last CC to say they had enough funds to go into next year was clearly to help give the no votes of last years vote a hint not to vote no again this and disrupt what ever plan(s) SGLB has. The lack of anything happening with Morf3D and us starting to make money last year lies squarely on the shoulders of the shareholders that voted no to the big increase last year, Please don’t repeat last year again.
