True, the OS has been increasing. However, I don't have the exact number, but I believe the float has increased by <10mil shares in the last 4 months. That is the true dilution #. The OS increase does not bother me if they are not hitting the public market.
Best to buy when the company is selling shares at the bottom of a chart. When the selling is over, and the news comes, buyers here will be rewarded IMO. There's a lot of ways to trade OTC. This is my preferred method.
