I got a response back from Allen Licht

I emailed him at the [e-mail] email address and he responded from his personal gmail email address.

His exact words were

"Thanks for alerting me. This is certainly a scam and we will be active in fighting it. On Monday we will be alerting SEC and FBI. Thanks, Allen Licht"


This will be getting very interesting.

As I said on Friday, this group really messed up by taking their fake PR/fake website/fake twitter account/fake SOS filing scheme to the point of filing fraudulent government documents (the bogus 8K).



So SMEV has a fraudulent Florida SOS filing done to create a new entity by the same name:

The 8K uses a Port St. Lucie phone number at [phone]
