That is a very interesting find, and relevant to current events. Mrs. Frenkel could easily have liquidated her interests in Simulated Environment to Mr. Matthews prior to the Bankruptcy closing to eliminate all assets as any stock she owned would have had considerable value.

The legitimacy of this transaction continues to come full circle. As the days and weeks progress I'm sure Mr. Matthews will let us all know whats going on; besides, he did mention he was new to the public sector (which might behoove him to seek legal counsel if he hasn't already) as to what his next steps are.

On another note, I was going through this A.I. tech that they are describing on the www.enviro-gro.com website and I noticed that they are using the H20 A.I. Platform, which is an open source A.I. with some serious players involved (including PayPal and CISCO) https://www.h2o.ai/

Anyways, I am intrigued by the use of overhead heaters, fans, sprinkler systems, lighting, etc. that allows the indoor growing facility the ability to mimic natural weather occurrences inside. As a novice "green thumb" (back-yard gardener) I think this brings Urban farming to a new level. At least this is my opinion on the matter.

I really appreciate the open dialogue that we have all been able to have with one another in a manner that is civil, even if our views differ, at least we are all cordial with eachother.
