Sir, I am a fan of Cannabix.

However, I don't agree with you. There has to be a legal definition of what impaired is.

Take California for example. If cannabis is legal in California, then explain to me what you violated if you have it in your system if you are not impaired,

It would be kind of like having a law that says you have .0000003 percent alcohol in your blood, you have broken the law.

There is no law like that in America because it would be struck down in 3 seconds for many different legal reasons including a violation of one's privacy, violation of due process, etc.. Same thing for cannabis.

Since you don't know what I do for a living but I am qualified to ask the question, "How does a cop pull someone over if there is no justification to do so." Cops typically pull people over on suspicion of DWI or as a result of breaking another law such as speeding, running a red light etc.

My only point is that until states define what impaired is, it is technology meant to tell a story but is not commercially viable.
