As it relates to the US market, Cannabix may have the opportunity to immediately go after states with Per See Laws for THC on the books. Impairment is not an issue. Either THC is in your system or it's not. Proving recent use within 2 hours is a step beyond that which is necessary. Meaning the technology IF proven accurate, is far advanced. I can't imagine any legal impediments stopping such a device from getting over such a low legal bar.

Add the current roadside impairmemt study California is conducting and that will ultimately determine just how advanced lawmakers expect technology to meet their goals. P.S. Please do not get it twisted. It remains my belief Cannabix is floating in the Abyss as it relates to a real-time assessment of the Accuracy and Feasibility of getting a handheld breathalyzer to market - while we're still young. The story @ Cannabix is running cold. I cannot fathom how Canada's Saliva Laws going into effect will raise Cannabix's temperature/stock value as Canadians settle into their new normal.
