They are broke, how is the company gonna do that at this time? They are converting debt into shares, doesn't sound like the type of thing that happens when they are ready to buy back shares..

Not right now. Maybe in 5 years when they have $40 million in cash on hand or something along those lines. I will vote no to any buyback if I have the chance.
