Mikeyt1818 whether UNVC brings the shell current on its own, or if it gets brought current simultaneously with an RM into a new symbol and name: My understanding is UNVC CUSIP should not change. At least that's my take based on my experience as a retail trader, which is exactly what I am. I don't have the knowledge or interest to be able to disect regulatory minutae... All I know is that it would be great if UNVC would get current because then big investment $$$ could come here, maybe even in the 10s or 100s of millions of USD! There are many traders who simply won't touch delinquent filers. I have no idea what Dalton meant when he said 'Get ready' and I have no idea what he means by 'bureaucrats' but it certainly could be FINRA for all I know. Could also be FDA, USDA, SC or MD state dept of ag officials, securities lawyers, financial partners of some sort, either domestic or international, or the SEC themselves! I have no clue. I just would love to see UNVC current, so that big investors can come jumping in here. I think there is a ton of interested folks watching this, waiting to jump in until UNVC gets current. Again, it's just my opinion and I could be wrong, maybe no filings are needed and this bad boy can run to $0.50 without them... I can only speak for me, and for me I would never put a ton of dough into a non-current ticker because I have been burned too many times by doing that in the OTC. Let's go UNVC bring the heat Doc.
