I keep wondering about the filings myself. If I'm not mistaken, we do not need to file if there is an RM as new filings will be done under the new and improved company.

As Dr Dalton says we are waiting on bureaucrats, I believe it is FINRA. Since he said the other day that we should "Get ready", I would assume he has info or possibly a good feeling that name change and SS update will be approved by FINRA very soon, perhaps even tomorrow? If that happens we will see an 8K and of course filings will be done as well.

Just my opinion. I'm not an SEC lawyer so I could be wrong. But we do know that the bureaucrats are on the verge of signing something that will get this party started imo!
