Two years ago SPRV was deemed an "Alternative Reporting Company" by OTC Markets. This designation came about, because SPRV DID NOT/DOES NOT FILE SEC quarterly financial reports, such as an SEC Form 10-Q's or AUDITED SEC Form 10-K's. SPRV filed its own version of a quarterly report ("Alternative Reporting"), which was pretty much a 5th grade quality spreadsheet. Per the provided OTC Markets link, SPRV has only filed ONE of these spreadsheets. It was transmitted exactly TWO YEARS AGO on August 25, 2016 and covered the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Since then...NOTHING! As of this moment, SPRV is EIGHT QUARTERS behind in its financial filings!

SEC.gov shows the last SEC filing was an SEC Form D, which was completed and transmitted by Lighthouse Petroleum on JUNE 6, 2012!

Neither LHPT nor SPRV has filed ANYTHING with the SEC for MORE THAN SIX YEARS!

It will take further DD to prove, but it is quite likely the Company was effectively "de-registered" with the SEC, when it reverse merged with Spectrum Resourses Inc. As demonstrated previously, the SPRV ticker symbol "officially" belongs to Spectrum Resources Inc.

There have been a ton of "undisclosed" games going on with this Company between mid-2012 and today! IMO...the dearth of "REAL TRANSPARENCY" continues! Welcome to the impact of not being required to report to the SEC!
