Totally False, there would be a Form 15 filed if SPRV delisted.

since they were a reporting stock about a year and a half ago who voluntarily delisted according to the SEC, it will be absolutely no problem getting current quickly. It's all good. Bases covered and only going up from here. We will be alright with Rod at the helm.
