Hey look the co NEVER FILED a form 10 i recently mentioned it because NO FORM 10 = NO CONVERSION....after DEBT PAID then i want a form 10 or a new note / loan that is not a a convert [ ie better terms ] reflected for a IMPROVED OPERATION AS IN CASH FLOW DESERVES BETTER TERMS even if the intrest rate was up 200 more basis points or not yada dada dada.
DO U FALLOW THE DRIFT RE in terms I DONT CARE RE FILEINGS / 10 UNTIL THE CONVERSION ASPECT IS MUTE .....THEN I CARE FALLOW ME...
So dont tell me they filed a form 10 [ have not looked in the last week ] i do admit that.
RE MANY NEW LIENSE i have no idea present tense if cali only will issue a med / rec combo liense ONLY rather one or the other or a combo.
Some how i doubt what u sent re that is true ie only a combo liense can be obtained....have not checked re that present tense.
If u are correct re that WHO THE HECK CARES THEY HAVE BOTH COVERED...PRESENT TENSE yes it would not mean a piviot of course if what u say is true.
I know some one here is already on that after i post.[ so we shall soon see re that ]
