But perhaps they are little quite due to some sort of JV Talks or more, because if that was the case they may have been informed that a poss partner will want a [ MED and REC Liense....]which they just got after saying it would only be rec...so why the piviot... ] for reasons known to the other party and there portfolio / plan / SIGO just me might be on a the RADAR re anothers plan ie a ROLL UP in cali which all players out there want a stake in CALI
Way to early for a BUY OUT i think but always possible for JV etc with a bigger co plans.
I think SIGO will be just fine with time, and CASH Flowing But to hit SCALE faster and bigger a JV of some sort just might be in the wings.
I would not be a buyer of any stock based on that [ only fundi ] but we all know there will be M / A in that sector over time
