There is no placebo as far as I am aware, and if there is it must equate to the SOC group.

42% way over at the right comes from Phase 2 study

42% of those injected had any kind of response at all

The rest had no kind of response to injection at all

( Since that is the only such information published it is the only information I can use in my model )

But it makes the point, "it appears as only 42% of the test group are responsible to make a showing equivalent to 10% OAS of the entire test group vs. SOC"

Until new information is available, that's the best I can do.

So you see, the bar is really high. This "gold standard study".

Choosing what is the SOC is extremely important. This is what I settled on.
