2dollarbill to address your many questions/concerns/accusations directed at me today.

I started researching LCLP over the weekend. I didn't finish until Wednesday evening. All total the research report I did is 34 pages long.

After I finished my research, I sent it off to the SEC and FINRA.

I do not post about every stock that I research on the message boards. When I do it is as a courtesy to others.


After I woke up today, got ready, and had some breakfast, I posted a very small excerpt of that research.

yes, I slept in. I don't trade stocks (long or short) so I really don't care about their prices.

I posted the exerpt I did because I felt it was important to give out some warning that things could start getting messy for LCLP in the near future.

Though I fully expected the price to start dropping soon because of LCLP becoming current with its filings opening the door for new debt conversions to take place, the timing with the press release being exposed as a fraud just minutes later was purely coincidental.

You'll notice that first post I made did not even have any information about the press release being fake.

When it started to become public knowledge that the PR was fake I posted that on the DD forum (since others were already posting that info on the LCLP forum and I wanted to share that information with as many people as possible)

I waited to make my first post on the LCLP forum until today because I wanted to finish my research. I barely posted at all since I started researching LCLP, but I did mention on Friday that the stock had caught my interest:

I like to make sure each post I make counts and is accurate.

On a rare occasion I might try to time an exposé involving stocks in the middle of massive pumps for when the price is near what I'd personally consider the top just because my goal is to expose the company more than to hurt traders plus I want to post at a time when people are more apt to pay attention and learn from the research.

Usually though I just post when I feel comfortable that I've done by due dilligence to my own personal satisfaction and the timing is just coincidental.

Just like how traders will get attracted to stocks that are getting lots of attention and building crazy charts, so do I. I look at many stocks on a daily basis, but not all of them get me excited enough to spend hours or even days researching them. The type of research I do (which I like to consider good and thorough) takes a lot of time and effort.
