Actually the press release was already removed from the EIN news website by some time on Wednesday morning (if not sooner). I was researching LCLP starting over the weekend and in my research I noted that the press release was no longer available on the EIN website.

I'm not sure why it took until today for people to question why it was no longer available.

I also noted how Dennis Furman (the IR person in the fake PR) wasn't the IR person for LCLP in the past.

David Kugelman has been the IR for LCLP since 2016. LCLP chose David because he is an associate of the Miami based financiers that control and direct the LCLP shell from behind the scenes.

I agree with you though. LCLP management should have noticed and acted sooner. It shouldn't have taken until the second half of today's trading session for them to put out an 8K addressing the issue

They were active the past several days so they had to notice the price action on the stock. With the dirty history of stock manpulation run on this ticker by its insiders, I'm not entirely convinced that the fake PR was solely the doing of some LCLP shareholders that frontloaded back in July.

When the next 10K hits in mid-October (assuming they file it) we'll get to find out how many new shares the Miami based finaning group were dumping starting around this time. It seems pretty obvious to me that today's dumping is more than just front loaders and people who chased it up the past few days because of the false hype.
