What i dislike is if they buy assets...First no write offs not my buisness they have mo court cob webs that can be pending or on the rise...With that said all monies in liquidation goes into a shell....Now since the vompany liquidates it shuts down shell.I am sure the judge will oblige Bio Amber to pay the common shares..I say this from experience..The company is dead after completion of liquidation All lawyers will be in the room as checks get passed around...Bio Amber received monies for the Cuspid to build plant now ad a shell it no longer is....What will happen as Bio Amber os no longer a major share holder or are they as they hold 51 pct off all shares..A S counts........Well tell me where this is wrong
