streamingeagle88, the S1 says "We anticipate acquiring the Sound Concepts Capital Stock for an aggregate of $25,000,000 of value".

For NFUSZ to be at $4 a share they need to be valued at roughly $700 million. For $2 they need to be valued at roughly $350 million.

Since Sound Concepts is seen to be worth $25 million the answer is NO - the acquisition won't get them to those levels. Other things will have to do it. One of those things could be the complementary business plans but that won't come close - they need BIG news to do it organically, a RS to do it non-organically.

The current market cap is around $80 million.
