Curious about the mechanics of getting the share price into NASDAQ compliance. Maybe Sound Concepts financials alone will warrant a $4/share price. and if so will the market start to push the price upwards starting tomorrow....the beloved gap up??

And we need to offer Sound Concepts $10m worth of FUSZ stock....how is the price of the stock determined...was it a closing price from this week or do we endeavor to get the price up so fewer shares are necessary (admittedly that seems a bit pie in the sky).

Just looking for clarification.

Would guess that there will a steady stream of news from both nFUSZ and Sound Cloud from this day forth.
