Fish I agree with you this company is for real, but I want the bet anyway. See I will just buy $5,000 worth of more shares aprox 41,000 at .12. When the #s come out my shares will be worth alot more and I can pay you your bet, And if not I have my $5,000 back. Sure bet for me I can not lose either way. But I know we will not have to wait that long...

FFB: probably a safe bet. Eventually they have to come out with the financials. The issue is, why the delay. They publicly said they would be out for over 40 days. I believe it is safe to say they have audits. They evidently are not what they had projected since most companies even project "exactly" what they expect them to be. So they are trying to figure out how to explain something that is less than expected. If more than expected, it would be all over the place. If same as expected, no delay. Obviously we have a problem...and it isn't translation. Having worked in an arab country, there are so many that have been educated in english speaking schools in country or been educated in english schools out of country, ie europe, england, US that there is not a language problem. Your bet is safe. It is not that they won't issue the audit, it is they don't want to.

Fish, I think you may be right that no one will be able to take me up on my offer because Sulja is the real deal. Your offer seems more doable if someone has big enough balls. Not me! I have steel balls but they're not THAT big! LOL

Fish - I think the AFs will be published, but there's a temptation to take up your offer as hedge against them not coming out, have to work out what a fair value would be for that, bit I'd rather sit and wait.

Pleased to see company didn't fall into the trap of giving out unfinished numbers, I know the nervous nellies complain but I think wrong numbers would be worse than no numbers in terms of credibility building

I think I'll stick to fliping and buying even more shares lower. The offer is tempting though. The bet would have to be that the AF is filed on edgar and SLJB becomes a fully reporting security 100% eligible to become a .OB according to OTCBB rules.

You made a very interesting offer, and it demonstrates the courage of your convictions.
However I do think you are setting the bar pretty low, don't you? C'mon, 31 Dec?? If you truly believe that this is just a minor wording issue, like all have said, then you should have faith in Petar that this will be cleared up very soon.

I'll take the bet, on the condition that the deadline is the close of business (5:00 EST) on Friday, 3 November. This should be more than enough time to clear up some minor wording issues, if in fact that is what the problem is.

The other stipulation is that we don't need lawyers. I am a retired military officer. My word is good. We can just settle on one of the Board moderators or someone else to hold the checks.
Also, do I put up $3,000 or $4,000 ? You had both numbers on your post.
