well what i meant was (in referring to which shareholders' bcit shares would be covered under your settlement); perhaps i have misunderstood you when you speak of pre-lock or post-lock, but you are actually speaking about pre-SEC-Halt and post-SEC-Halt shares? So all shares purchased before the Aug 31 SEC trading halt/suspension (enacted as of 9:30am ET on Aug 31, 2005)?

The SEC Halt was I guess Aug 31 officially then. (i kept thinking it was monday the 29th of Aug, 2005).

so to be sure, in terms of who would be covered in a settlement here, you are talking about all BCIT shares purchased up through the SEC halt/trading suspension of Aug 30/31, not just through the August 16 DTC Lock announcement (retroactive to Aug 11, see below)?

so by pre-lock do you mean pre-SEC halt/trading suspension? So BCIT shares bought thru end of trading day on Aug 30, 2005 would be included in a settlement arrangement?
