Was that a typo? I'm only working on pre-halt at the moment. Hence, only the DTC.

you would think the brokers would be MORE liable AFTER the August 11 (?) DTC memo.

Which is exactly why my discussions are only pre-halt. I do not have time to start going after post halt at the moment. To contact all the brokerages, to speak to like 60(+) different compliance officers, to track down why UBS was acting as a seller...
