OK...whatever...I am not here to argue or get anybody upset...

I will say this though....You say it is not every broker and just a couple that are doing this...OK, fine....assuming that is correct, why then has it been 6 months and the company can not get the info from these 2 brokers and according to you, the TA has requested certain info numerous times yet these particular brokers have not complied....which is illegal...Meanwhile the company has not said a word and no official action has been taken....

If what you say is true and if the TA is being truthful, then why has it been 6 months and company has not said a word and has not taken any action against these 2 brokers?

My gosh.....As I said, if they are being jerked around then they need to take action...it is NOT rocket science......in 6 months time they could have and should have gotten the correct info and if we are to believe that there are 2 brokers failing to comply for over 6 months, why hasnt the company gotten the info, nor said a word, nor taken any action?

The TA is trying to say that these 2 brokers have been repeatedly asked for certain info numerous times and the brokers have failed to deliver the correct info in 6 months?? Yet the company is sitting on their butts and doing nothing....IMO, when they requested the info the 2nd time and did not receive it, all the company had to do was get their lawyer on the phone and demand the correct info from these 2 brokers and if not received within 48 hours, file a suit, as well as file complaints with sec, AG and etc, etc, etc......has the company done any of this? 6 months and they have been told numerous times 'the check is in the mail', yet the check never comes and 6 months later they do nothing and have said nothing and no action taken??

Does not smell right to me........only my opinion though....and I certainly could be wrong....
