I think the $109 figure is the annual revs for Cargill, not the bid amount.
I don't recall seeing any bid amounts in the last report.
As for DICK Eno, the report clearly states that he and one other executive will stay for 13 weeks at 50% salary. Now, whether he decided (decides) to stay is a whole other question.
I DO think you're right about this professional blemish, though. Mr. Eno is still a young man. He would either need a success from this transaction or to get stinking rich from it, so he doesn't need to work anywhere. Good angle! Hadn't occurred to me previously.
