kevroc! You were correct. Again, my bad.

Earlier I mistakenly said that Cargill bid $109M for BioAmber before July 31, 2018. This was INCORRECT.

As you correct noted, in the 4th PWC Report presented to the Court on July 30, 2018, in Appendix B listing the "Strategic Buyers", Cargill's yearly revenue of $109B (Note: NOT $109M) was listed.

I remembered the number 109, but incorrectly wrote today that the number 109M referred to a bid, not to 109B revenue.
