I, like most here, do not think we will ever go to trial, but if the trial was to be pushed back, it would push back our time-frame for settlements as well. This is the only reason I was asking about how set in stone the trial date is, and what variables could potentially push it back. I appreciate any insight anyone has in this regard. Thanks.
