It has been my impression that the company had planned on becoming transparent once the merger had reached it's conclusion. That landmark has finally been achieved so therefore I expect to see and hear a lot more from I-ON Communications in the very near future.
I-ON has a bright future and I really don't think they plan on staying in the Over-the-Counter market any longer than it is necessary.
Founding shareholder longs of I-On Communications will benefit from the ride to the higher exchange, the tight share structure, no convertible debt and a incoming shareholder base who will no doubt push the share price up as this company grows in the next 24 months.
