The 41.2M figure consists of: 37.0M basic shares on the 9/30/18 balance sheet (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1479290/000147929018000108/rvncq31810q.htm#s812A80898FC7574891DB0B51EECBF035 ); and 4.2M options, warrants, and non-vested restricted stock (ibid, page 10).

Note: As of 9/30/18, zero shares have been issued under the ATM financing facility established in Mar 2018 (#msg-139262179).
